SAVE THE DATE: National Reflexology Day 2026
This isn’t our first National Reflexology Day. And that matters.
Over the past few years, we’ve taken steps to make reflexology more visible across Canada. This year, as RAC marks 50 years, we move forward with greater clarity about what reflexology truly offers and where it belongs.
Our 2026 theme is simple: Reflexology BEFORE.

Reflexology is not something people turn to only when things fall apart. It’s something they can choose earlier, more regularly, and without needing a reason. It supports people before stress builds, before the body starts to push back, before care becomes urgent.
This is not new to you. It’s what you see every day. But it is not yet how the public understands reflexology. That gap is our opportunity.

This doesn’t require more from you. It requires clarity. Saying what you already know in a way people can understand. Showing what you already do in a way people can see. Making reflexology visible as part of everyday care, not something reserved for when things go wrong.
Whether it’s a conversation, a post, a simple invitation, or opening your space for someone new, each action contributes to a bigger shift. Not all at once, but collectively.
One therapist speaking makes a difference. A profession speaking together changes how people understand care. This is how reflexology moves from “something people try” to “something people choose.”
Ready-to-use posts and materials will be made available in early May.
For 50 years, reflexology in Canada has supported people quietly and consistently.
