As we wrap up 2025 and share this final edition of Refresh, we’re feeling something many reflexology therapists know well: that quiet moment right before a shift. When you sense something big coming, but you’re still grounded in the present.
Next year, RAC turns 50!
Fifty years of reflexology therapists showing up with humility, skill, humour (sometimes needed), and an unwavering belief in what they do.
Fifty years of Chapters rising, regrouping, reinventing, and, like a good reflex point, always finding their way back into alignment.
Fifty years of conferences, workshops, shared wins, brave conversations, and the simple magic of therapists learning from one another.
And now here we are, in December 2025, taking one collective breath before the celebration begins.
This edition is dedicated to the people who built this association, those who are still here, those just joining, and everyone in between.
