A recent randomized controlled trial found that foot reflexology may help improve sleep quality for patients living with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) undergoing chemotherapy. 💚

Foot reflexology was shown to be a safe, supportive, and effective complementary therapy that promotes relaxation and enhances overall well-being helping patients rest, recover, and restore balance.
