I attended the November 2025 workshop with Dr Manzanares, after hearing about him years ago from Sabine Hagen. The first 3 days of the workshop were spent learning about his ground-breaking research and mapping important parts on the feet – with jiffy marker!

Dr Manzanares then started to assess some of the students…by Day 5 we were paired up and had to assess each other using the skills we had learned.

I was paired with Michelle Christante, and I decided I would like her to work on my hearing as my chief complaint. Dr Manzanares drew the associated reflexes on my feet – the cranial nerve nuclei, the auditory nerve, the inner ear and middle ear.

Michelle then went to work vigorously stimulating these areas…for 10 minutes on each foot!… Now, Dr Manzanares had said, “It needs to work right away, and then you would follow the general protocol of 2 times a week for 2 weeks, etc”. Well, he said the words, “work right away”, so I took my hearing aids out (my family has a disposition for being hard of hearing, and I’ve had hearing aids since age 48. But I secretly dread my hearing getting worse in life!)

During the 20 minutes of being worked on, I thought my hearing was getting better, but it was hard to tell. After Michelle had finished, I put my hearing aids back in and immediately said something —-and it was TOO LOUD! I needed to turn my hearing aids DOWN! Yes, …unbelievable is right!

I am deeply grateful to Sabine Hagen for organizing this course, and to Dr. Manzanares and his assistant Magdalena for traveling from Spain and Poland to share their work!

My hearing aids are now set to be lower – 2 levels lower.  I followed through with finishing the protocol of 8 treatments; and I am now on a once-a-month treatment. I have worked on my Aunt’s feet with the same protocol and her hearing has improved as well.

I look forward to continuing my education in this method. We have just found out that Dr. Manzanares is coming back to teach a workshop in June (see advertisement below). I just wanted to write this to let you all know how important his research has been, and how effective his protocols can be!
