Refresh - The Reflexology Magazine

Refresh – the reflexology magazine, published by the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC), is written mainly by reflexology therapists, Head Office Staff, and other complementary health practitioners. It is distributed through electronic methods to reflexology therapists, students, educators and other integrative healthcare practitioners across Canada and around the world. Topics include the practice, clinical study, philosophy, and business of reflexology, integrative medicine, and RAC.

In 2026, REFRESH magazine will be published once per term (i.e. every 4 months) in both French and English.

All advertising must be submitted in both official languages (French and English) additional costs will occur if translation is required by RAC.

Volume 9, Issue #1 – Spring Edition
Submission deadline: Friday, March 20, 2026

Volume 9, Issue #2 – Summer Edition
Submission deadline: Friday, August 7, 2026

Volume 9, Issue #3 – Fall Edition
Submission deadline: Friday, November 13, 2026

Social Media

Social media is a fast way to engage with RAC’s membership and the larger reflexology community throughout Canada and around the world. Social Media posts are posted on one of RAC’s 2 main social media platforms. Social media posts should include wording of no more than 30 words and whenever possible should be accompanied by either a photo and/or website link. Social media posts can be submitted in either French or English.
